Olmsted employs a highly trained staff of service technicians who are available anytime worldwide to carry out multiple tasks on any and all of our products, including installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance.

  • Component support
    • Olmsted Products stocks a large spare part holding which allows us to provide the best possible support to our customers.  Parts can be supplied at short notice to minimize customer downtime.
  • Onsite service
    • Olmsted Products employs a highly trained staff of service technicians who are available anytime worldwide  to carry out multiple tasks on any and all of our products, including but not limited to: Installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
    • We offer a preventative maintenance program on all our products which can be carried out on an annual or bi-annual basis.
    • We pride ourselves on our ability to react quickly to customer requests to provide assistance whenever needed.  We realize that when a problem arises, time is of the essence and we are available to contact 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help resolve any operational issues.
  • Repair options
    • Olmsted Products offers a comprehensive repair program for all of our products.  Once a valve is sent in for repair, we can inspect and diagnose the issue within a short period of time.  Once the repair is completed, we will test the valve to ensure that it returns to the customer in an “as new” condition and fit for the purpose for which is was designed.  We recommend that our products are returned to us every five years for testing and re-certification.
  • On Call
    • Immediate support is available at all times.  You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintenance
    • Olmsted offers factory-based or onsite preventative maintenance programs that can be arranged for all our products.
    • Service repair programs can be provided on request.
  • Repair
    • When a valve is sent in for repair, Olmsted inspects and diagnoses the issue as quickly as possible.  When the repair is completed, the valve is tested to ensure that it returns to the customer fit for the purpose for which it was designed.
  • Parts
    • Olmsted maintains a large spare part inventory to provide the best possible support to our customers.  Parts can be supplied at short notice to minimize customer downtime.

Engineered Solutions

Olmsted Products control systems can provide overall control and management of our valve systems based upon an operational and control philosophy statement provided by the customer. Our systems can include enhanced redundancy. Duplicate wiring, I/O and functionality can be provided from both primary and secondary PLC processors. The primary PLC processor will handle all required I/O for the system.
